From today, and available online to all Amiga Future 1-Year-Subscribers, in the Member-Part of the Webpage are the CD Covers of Amiga Future magazine - Issue 168, so you can download them, and print them out if you wish to save you from cutting out those pages from our beloved magazine.

Another Commodore Amiga news story has appeared in our inbox, as we've recently found out through the EAB forums, that the previously announced game of Flying Shark. A new Arcade to Amiga remake by Magnus T together with JMD and John Tsakiris(GFX). Has recently been teased with a new one level demo that you can download and play right now. To coincide with this news, Saberman has not only provided a link to the demo, but he's also done a video of the game being played below.

Quake 2 as a digital version for AmigaOS 4

Alinea Computer is pleased to announce that it has taken over distribution of Quake 2 for AmigaOS 4. The first Amiga version of Quake 2 came from Hyperion Entertainment in 2002 and has continued in this tradition and been greatly improved.
Steffen Häuser is responsible for the porting and has implemented numerous improvements. In addition to supporting the various mission CDs and MODS, GL4ES/Warp3DNova support and playing the soundtracks as OGG Vorbis were also implemented.

The AmigaOS 4 version of Quake 2 costs 14.95 euros and is available for download from Amiga-Shop.net.
It should be noted that the data files of the PC version are required to operate the AmigaOS 4 version of Quake 2. These can be purchased via Steam, for example, at a reasonable price. [...]
